MSIGrupo has a broad experience in a wide range of automation projects starting from projects reduced in scope up to fully integrated architectures with many elements connected in communication busses. TURNKEY PROJECTS

In turnkey projects we assume the complete responsibility (engineering, supply, commissioning,…) so that the customer can focus on its key activities. Therefore we have, besides the technical capacities, project management capacities and a clear methodology following the PMI standards, always with goal to provide a competitive and global solution.

ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING

We realize the complete basic and detailed electrical engineering of the electrical cabinets, the field elements, the control architecture, motors, etc of the different international brands by using quality software like Eplan P8, Etap, Dialux,…

EQUIPMENT SUPPLY

Within the scope of supply we include the cabinet construction and the supply of equipment for transformation centers (MV), distribution centers (LV), Motor Control Centers (MCC), PLC’s, electrical switchboards, control desks, overview panels, field elements, etc.

CONTROL SOLUTIONS

MSIgrupo realizes the programming and commissioning of control solutions (PLC, SCADA) of new projects and retrofits with updates of obsolete software versions. The usage of standard control blocks, developed and validated through the experience gained in different projects, allows us to guarantee a fast and reliable implementation.

PROCES PARAMETERS ANALYSIS

We have specialized software for data acquisition, data storage (Big Data) and analysis of process parameters with the goal to improve the productivity by applying advanced control solutions, to reduce energy consumption and to implement predictive maintenance of the main assets (pumps, compressors,…).
